End User License Agreement

1. Publisher and scope

TP Darko Slavko Dimitrov, Dimitar Blagoev 9b, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia (the Publisher), publishes DARKO DIMITROV MASTERING LIMITER under the 21Music brand. Contact: [email protected].
This agreement governs use of the software. Purchases through Freemius are also subject to the Freemius terms presented at checkout. Those terms govern the purchase transaction; this agreement does not replace them or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

2. License

A valid license grants you a non-exclusive license to use the entitled major version on up to two activated computers in total, across Mac and Windows. The license is perpetual for that major version; it is not a subscription. You may use the plugin in commercial and personal audio projects. Your audio and project content remain yours. The software, its code and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Future major versions are not included unless expressly offered. No separate 21Music account is required for activation; Freemius provides checkout and a customer portal.
Keep your key private. Do not distribute the software with a license key, sell or share activation credentials, or use one entitlement for more than two computers. Any restrictions apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law, including rights concerning interoperability and software analysis.

3. Activation and transfers

Initial online activation sends licensing and device information described in our Privacy Policy. The licensing system also supports a device-bound signed offline response supplied by the Publisher; contact support for assistance. A valid saved activation permits offline use without a periodic online license check or automatic activation-certificate expiry. Before activation the main processing interface is locked and audio uses latency-aligned dry pass-through.
Deactivate an old computer before moving a seat. Contact support if the old device is lost or unavailable. Deactivation releases a server slot and removes the local activation. Already-issued permanent offline certificates cannot reliably be recalled remotely: stop using and delete retained copies when transferring a seat, obtaining a refund or otherwise losing the right to use it. Refunds do not authorize continued use.

4. Requirements and installation

Check the format, operating-system and host requirements on the download page before purchasing. This release is VST3 for compatible 64-bit Windows hosts and compatible macOS hosts on Apple Silicon or Intel. It does not include an Audio Unit for Logic or GarageBand. Compatibility with every DAW, operating-system update or third-party component is not promised.
The Mac distribution is locally signed, is not Apple notarized and may require the per-item macOS Open Anyway procedure. The Windows installer is not commercially code-signed and may show publisher warnings. Use only our official downloads and follow the installation guide. Do not disable system-wide security protections. Back up projects before installing or updating.

5. Payments, refunds and support

Freemius is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. It manages the transaction, billing, invoices, applicable transaction taxes and payment administration under its terms. The Publisher supplies the software and product support. The final price, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout; no recurring fee is intended for this perpetual license.
For a technical issue that makes the plugin unusable and that we cannot resolve, request a refund within 14 days of purchase using the Freemius order or customer portal and contact [email protected] with the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not email payment-card details. This commercial policy supplements, and does not restrict, any mandatory cancellation, conformity, refund or other consumer remedy. Where local law grants additional rights, those rights apply.
Technical support is available by email. No particular response time, future feature, upgrade or indefinite maintenance service is guaranteed. A perpetual license describes the right to use the entitled version, not a promise that online services or future operating-system compatibility will continue indefinitely.

6. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every workflow. Maintain independent backups of your audio and projects.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits and lost data, and limits aggregate liability arising from the software to the amount paid for the affected license. These limitations do not apply where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here excludes remedies for defective digital content that the law requires us to provide.

7. Privacy, disputes and changes

See the accompanying Privacy Policy for licensing, website, purchase and support data. Contact the Publisher first about a software dispute; contact Freemius for billing and order questions. No clause requires you to give up a mandatory right to use a competent court, regulator or consumer dispute procedure.
Updates to these terms will be dated and published with the software or on the website. A later notice does not retrospectively remove rights already granted for a purchased version. Where agreement to a material change is required by law, we will seek it. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses apply to the extent lawful.
